Rigantona
Rigantona bring you a feast of ancient sounds with
contemporary style. Influenced by Faroese tradition,
the Kalevala, Sean Nos singing and Anglo-Saxon and
Celtic Poetry, Kate and Corwen seek to rediscover the
lost epics of the British Isles and bring them to a
modern audience. Ballads become trance-dances, work
songs become spells and forgotten instruments speak
again taking us into a strange world of mythology and
folk belief.
The Hang Project
Colin Dunn, Kev Edwards and Tom McGrath bring together some beautiful sounds with the hang, cajon and other percussion.
Astral Circus
The weekend wouldnt be complete without Pete and Rich would it!!
The Dorset Knobs...(to be confirmed)
Keeping alive the 250 yr old tradition of travelling plays, this will be a first for the earthouse and the midsummer didge camp
